How cannabis shopping actually splits in Las Vegas — the Strip corridor versus off-Strip neighborhoods in Las Vegas, North Las Vegas and Henderson — with verified listings, delivery coverage and Nevada's purchase rules.

Las Vegas is one of the easiest cities in the country to buy legal cannabis and one of the easiest to overpay for it. The reason is geography: a small group of shops sits on and around the resort corridor, and a much larger group sits out in the valley where locals actually shop.

That split is the whole guide. Below, every shop named is an active listing in Bud Rover's Las Vegas Valley directory, grouped the way our records group them — the Strip corridor by saved neighborhood, everything else by city.

How this guide defines "Strip" and "off-Strip"

We do not guess at geography. A store is treated as Strip only when its Bud Rover record carries the Las Vegas Strip neighborhood. Everything else with a Las Vegas mailing address is off-Strip, plus the valley cities of North Las Vegas and Henderson.

At the time of writing, that gives:

  • 10 Strip-corridor listings
  • 40 off-Strip Las Vegas listings
  • 9 in North Las Vegas and 9 in Henderson

That is 68 Nevada listings in total across the valley. Bud Rover lists licensed shops we have verified — it is not every licensed store in the state, and it is not a ranking.

Shopping on and near the Strip

The resort corridor is the smallest group and the one most visitors default to. All ten listings sit within the Strip neighborhood on our records.

The Strip-corridor listings

  • Planet 13 Las Vegas — the largest footprint in the corridor
  • Curaleaf — Las Vegas Boulevard — delivery listed
  • Oasis Cannabis Dispensary — Las Vegas — delivery listed
  • The Grove Dispensary Las Vegas — delivery listed
  • Mint Cannabis – Las Vegas Strip
  • NuLeaf — Las Vegas (Twain)
  • Thrive Cannabis Marketplace - Las Vegas Strip
  • Greenlight Dispensary Las Vegas – Paradise
  • 420 Sahara
  • CannaStarz — Las Vegas — featured listing

What the Strip group is good for

Convenience and spectacle. If you are staying on the Strip and not leaving it, this is the group to shop — and four of the ten listings show delivery, which is usually the easier option than navigating a resort corridor on foot.

What it is not good for

Selection and deal density. At the time of writing, all 10 Strip listings show live verified deals — 62 deals total, spread across flower, vapes, edibles, concentrates and prerolls. That sounds like a lot until you compare it with off-Strip.

Shopping off-Strip

Off-Strip is where the market actually lives: 40 Las Vegas listings outside the corridor, plus North Las Vegas and Henderson. At the time of writing, 37 of those 40 show live verified deals — 163 deals, more than twice the Strip's total from a group four times the size.

The sections below name a selection of those listings rather than the complete set — the Las Vegas Valley dispensary directory carries every one.

Downtown and the east side

A selection of the downtown and east-side listings, including:

  • The Sanctuary - Downtown Las Vegas
  • Greenlight Dispensary Downtown Las Vegas
  • Nevada Made Marijuana - East Las Vegas
  • The Dispensary Eastern
  • SLV Cannabis Las Vegas (Boulder Highway)
  • Top Notch THC Las Vegas (Stephanie)

Downtown is its own shopping trip — a genuine neighborhood market rather than a resort corridor, and noticeably less visitor-priced. The Boulder Highway and east-side listings serve residents more than tourists.

West and southwest valley

A selection of the west and southwest listings, including:

  • Cultivate Las Vegas (Spring Mountain) — delivery listed
  • Beyond/Hello Las Vegas (Sahara) — delivery listed
  • The Source Dispensary Sahara — delivery listed
  • Medizin Las Vegas — delivery listed
  • Inyo Fine Cannabis Dispensary — delivery listed
  • Wallflower Cannabis House — Las Vegas (Blue Diamond) — delivery listed
  • Vegas Treehouse (South Decatur)
  • The Dispensary NV - Las Vegas (Decatur)

This is where locals shop, and it shows in the records: the west and southwest valley has the highest concentration of delivery-enabled listings off-Strip.

North and northwest Las Vegas

A selection of the north and northwest listings, including:

  • Cultivate Las Vegas (North Durango)
  • Jade Cannabis Co. Las Vegas (Sky Pointe)
  • RISE Cannabis Dispensary Las Vegas on Nellis
  • ShowGrow Las Vegas (Fort Apache)
  • Zen Leaf Cannabis Dispensary — Las Vegas (Fort Apache)
  • Nevada Made Marijuana - Charleston
  • Nevada Made Marijuana - Cactus — delivery listed
  • Green Dispensary Las Vegas (Hualapai)
  • Green Dispensary Las Vegas (Rainbow)
  • Nevada Wellness Center Las Vegas (Valley View)

North Las Vegas

Nine listings, including:

  • RISE Dispensary — North Las Vegas (Craig Road) — delivery listed
  • Tree of Life Weed Dispensary — North Las Vegas (Centennial) — delivery listed
  • The Source - North Las Vegas — delivery listed
  • Thrive Cannabis Marketplace - North Las Vegas — delivery listed
  • Deep Roots Harvest - North Las Vegas (Craig) — delivery listed, featured
  • Curaleaf Dispensary North Las Vegas
  • Zen Leaf Cannabis Dispensary — North Las Vegas (Craig Road)
  • The Sanctuary - North Las Vegas
  • Green Dispensary North

North Las Vegas has the highest delivery share of any area in the valley — five of the nine listings show it. If you are staying north of the Strip, ordering is the obvious play.

Henderson

Nine listings, including:

  • Wallflower Cannabis House — Henderson (Inspirada) — delivery listed
  • Green Dispensary — Henderson — delivery listed
  • RISE Dispensary Henderson — delivery listed
  • The Dispensary NV - Henderson (Gibson) — delivery listed
  • Nevada Made Marijuana - Henderson — delivery listed
  • The Source Dispensary Henderson
  • The Source Dispensary Water Street
  • Deep Roots Harvest Parkson
  • RISE Recreational Dispensary Henderson on Boulder

Henderson is a locals' market with its own cluster on Water Street, and it is the farthest thing from a tourist default. Water Street is worth knowing if you want the neighborhood-shop version of Las Vegas cannabis.

Strip vs. off-Strip: how to choose

There is no travel-time math here, because traffic on Flamingo is not a fact we can promise you. The decision is simpler than that.

Strip corridor at a glance

  • Listings: 10
  • Live verified deals: 62 deals across all 10 stores
  • Delivery listed: 4 of 10
  • Best for: staying put on the Strip, flagship-scale stores

Off-Strip at a glance

  • Listings: 40 in Las Vegas, plus 9 in North Las Vegas and 9 in Henderson
  • Live verified deals: 163 deals across 37 of the 40 Las Vegas listings
  • Delivery listed: 11 of 40 in Las Vegas, 5 of 9 in North Las Vegas, 4 of 9 in Henderson
  • Best for: selection, deal density, neighborhood pricing

Choose the Strip if you are not leaving the resort corridor and want the biggest single-store experience. Choose off-Strip if you want to compare actual inventory and pricing, or if delivery is your plan.

Cannabis delivery in the Las Vegas Valley

Delivery in Nevada is done by licensed dispensaries, and it is far from universal: 24 of 68 Nevada listings in Bud Rover show delivery on their record. The split is lopsided — Strip corridor 4 of 10, off-Strip Las Vegas 11 of 40, North Las Vegas 5 of 9, Henderson 4 of 9.

That pattern is the single most useful thing in this guide. If delivery matters to you, the Strip is the worst place in the valley to count on it and North Las Vegas is the best.

Start with Las Vegas Valley delivery and confirm on the individual store page before you order.

Nevada rules worth knowing

Nevada's cannabis market is regulated by the Nevada Cannabis Compliance Board (CCB).

  • Age: 21 and older. ID is required, no exceptions.
  • Purchase limits: the CCB caps a single retail purchase at 2.5 ounces (70.875 g) of usable cannabis flower, or one-quarter ounce of concentrated cannabis containing no more than 7,087 mg of THC, or a combination of the two that stays inside the legal limit (CCB FAQ). Edible and infused products carry their own per-package THC caps, which are printed on the label.
  • Public consumption: Nevada does not allow cannabis consumption in public places. Private residences and licensed consumption lounges are the legal options — the CCB publishes lounge guidance in its FAQ.
  • Packaging: products leave the store in opaque, child-resistant packaging (an exit bag or equivalent), as required by CCB regulation.
  • Do not cross state lines with it. Nevada cannabis is legal in Nevada; that is where it stays.
  • Start low with edibles. The CCB's consumer guidance recommends starting with no more than 5 mg of THC and waiting at least two hours before consuming more.

Deals, categories and how to compare

Bud Rover tracks verified deals across flower, vapes, edibles, concentrates and prerolls. Two things matter more than any single discount:

  1. Deal records expire. Every record carries an expiry date, and expired deals are hidden rather than left up as bait.
  2. Deal counts move weekly. The numbers in this guide are a dated snapshot, not a permanent claim — check Nevada deals for what is live today.

We do not publish prices we have not verified, and we do not rank stores by preference.

Frequently asked questions

Are there dispensaries on the Las Vegas Strip itself?

Yes — ten Bud Rover-verified listings sit in the Strip neighborhood, including flagship-scale stores and several curbside-friendly options. But only four of them show delivery.

Is off-Strip cheaper?

We cannot quote prices we have not verified, and we do not publish rankings. What we can tell you is that off-Strip carries far more live verified deals — 163 versus 62 at the time of writing — which is where the comparison matters.

Can I walk to a dispensary from my hotel?

That depends entirely on which resort you are staying at, and we do not publish travel times. Check the store on the Las Vegas Valley dispensary map or use the address on its listing.

Do dispensaries deliver to Strip hotels?

Delivery rules and service areas are set by each licensed store, and only four Strip-corridor listings show delivery at all. Confirm directly with the store before assuming.

How many Las Vegas dispensaries does Bud Rover list?

68 active Nevada listings across the valley at the time of writing — 10 in the Strip corridor, 40 off-Strip in Las Vegas, 9 in North Las Vegas and 9 in Henderson. We list licensed shops we have verified, not every store in the state.
