St. Petersburg Dispensary Guide: Where to Shop and Compare Medical Marijuana Deals
Looking for a medical marijuana dispensary in St. Petersburg, Florida? Whether you're near Downtown St. Pete, the EDGE District, 4th Street North, Tyrone Boulevard or the Skyway area, several dispensaries offer options for qualified Florida patients.
Bud Rover's October 31, 2026 research identified 15 active medical marijuana dispensaries in St. Petersburg, with locations across the city's commercial corridors. Tampa spreads its 20 dispensaries across many corridors — including Dale Mabry Highway, Kennedy Boulevard, Fowler Avenue, Hillsborough Avenue and Bruce B. Downs Boulevard. St. Petersburg has a particularly clear north–south comparison route: five of its 15 stores sit along 4th Street North, with another compact cluster in and around downtown.
This guide helps patients compare locations, understand deal pricing, explore delivery options and find dispensaries near their part of St. Petersburg.

Where Are St. Petersburg's Medical Marijuana Dispensaries?
St. Petersburg's 15 listed dispensaries fall into seven useful shopping areas:
- 4th Street North: Five dispensaries from roughly 20th Avenue North up to about 81st Avenue North at the Gateway edge.
- Downtown and EDGE area: Three dispensaries in and around the downtown street grid, on 1st Avenue North, 5th Avenue North and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Street North.
- Tyrone Boulevard: Two dispensaries close to one another.
- Grand Central District: Goldflower on Central Avenue North.
- South St. Petersburg: Sunnyside South and GrowHealthy.
- Gateway: Green Dragon near Ulmerton Road.
- 34th Street North: FLUENT.
Patients can compare nearby menus instead of choosing a store solely by an advertised discount. All 15 St. Petersburg listings were Basic-tier at the research snapshot; none had Bud Rover's Featured or Flagship menu and promotion tabs. That is a listing-tier distinction, not a statement about what promotions a retailer might independently offer.
4th Street North: Five Dispensaries Along One Corridor
Fourth Street North has five dispensaries along the same north–south road. The distance between the southernmost and northernmost stores makes this a driving corridor, not one walkable shopping block.
Surterra Wellness — St. Petersburg
2001 4th Street N, St. Petersburg, FL 33704
Surterra offers a shopping option at the southern end of the corridor. Its Bud Rover record includes on-site parking, delivery availability and payment methods including debit and CanPay. Verify payment options directly before visiting.

Downtown St. Petersburg and the EDGE Area
Three dispensaries sit in and around the downtown street grid — on 1st Avenue North, 5th Avenue North and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Street North. AYR is near the northern edge of the downtown area; these are nearby locations, not all on the same block.
MÜV — St. Petersburg
1101 1st Avenue N, St. Petersburg, FL 33705
MÜV is convenient to the EDGE area. The retailer's official location information confirms an on-site ATM, and Bud Rover records delivery availability.

Grand Central District: Goldflower St. Petersburg
Goldflower — 2164 Central Avenue N, St. Petersburg, FL 33712
Goldflower provides a shopping option in the Grand Central District. Its Bud Rover listing records parking, an on-site ATM, debit and CanPay options, a Bud Bar and delivery availability.
Goldflower is also a useful example of Everyday Low Price (ELP) versus a genuine discount. In the October 31 snapshot, all five of its recorded deal items were everyday-value products, not markdowns. They included flower, concentrates and a vape product. A low selling price does not necessarily mean an item is on sale.

South St. Petersburg, Gateway and 34th Street
Sunnyside — St. Petersburg South
150 22nd Street S, St. Petersburg, FL 33712
Sunnyside South serves the southern downtown and Warehouse Arts area and is recorded as pickup-only. At the October 31 snapshot, Sunnyside's North and South locations carried heavily overlapping deal sets: four of five recorded items matched, but each had a different discounted pre-roll. The South location listed Supply Chimera Junky 1g at $7.80 from $12, while the North location listed Supply The Wife x Cherry Wine 1g at $5.40 from $12. These were dated research examples, not current-price guarantees. Check inventory at each location separately.

GrowHealthy — St. Pete
4831 34th Street S, St. Petersburg, FL 33711
GrowHealthy serves the southern 34th Street corridor toward the Skyway area. Parking is recorded. Delivery fields conflict: one flag says unavailable while other badges describe same-day delivery. Confirm directly with GrowHealthy before relying on delivery.

How to Compare St. Petersburg Medical Marijuana Deals
Not all deals mean the same thing. At the October 31, 2026 snapshot, Bud Rover recorded 77 St. Petersburg deal listings: 66 genuine markdowns with documented original and lower selling prices, and 11 Everyday Low Price items without a verified higher original price.
At that snapshot, 22 of the 77 listings were scheduled to expire that same day, and 29 within seven days. All five recorded deals at Green Dragon, GrowHealthy and Sanctuary were dated October 31. Check Bud Rover's live deals page for current offers.
Genuine markdowns
A genuine markdown shows a documented original price and a lower selling price. As one dated example, the October 31 snapshot included Cresco Pinnacle Premium Flower 3.5g at Sunnyside for $14, down from $40. That is a historical snapshot, not a guarantee of availability or current price.
Everyday Low Price
Everyday Low Price products may be appealing values, but without a verified higher original price they should not be described as percentage-off discounts. Goldflower, One Plant and AYR had ELP items in the October 31 snapshot.
Before purchasing, compare package size, product type, final selling price, purchase limits and eligibility terms. Do not assume an advertised percentage is the lowest price in the city.
What Products Can Patients Compare?
Flower: Compare package weights and price per gram.
Vape products: Compare cartridge versus disposable formats, formulation and size.
Concentrates: Compare type and weight, not just discount percentage.
Edibles: Review labeled cannabinoid content and package quantity.
Pre-rolls: Compare single products, multipacks and total flower weight.
Available inventory and the patient's physician orders and registry allotment determine what may actually be purchased.
Medical Marijuana Delivery in St. Petersburg
Eight of the 15 St. Petersburg locations had delivery recorded as available in the October 31, 2026 snapshot: MÜV, Surterra, Jungle Boys, Curaleaf on Tyrone Boulevard, Goldflower, Sunburn, One Plant and Sunnyside North.
Four were flagged pickup-only: AYR, Sanctuary, Green Dragon and Sunnyside South. GrowHealthy's record is internally inconsistent — its delivery flag reads unavailable while separate badges describe same-day delivery — so confirm directly before relying on it. Curaleaf North and FLUENT had no delivery status recorded at the snapshot.
Retailer service areas, minimum orders, fees and delivery schedules may change; verify directly before ordering.

Florida Medical Marijuana Rules for St. Petersburg Patients
Florida is a medical-only cannabis state; recreational retail marijuana sales are not permitted. Generally, a qualified patient must be a permanent or seasonal Florida resident, have a qualifying condition diagnosed by a qualified physician, be entered into the Medical Marijuana Use Registry and obtain an active Registry Identification Card. Medical marijuana may be purchased only from licensed Medical Marijuana Treatment Centers (MMTCs), which may also provide delivery.
Florida generally limits marijuana in a form for smoking to a 2.5-ounce supply within 35 days, unless an approved exception applies. Other dispensing limits and physician orders also apply. A product being in stock does not mean a patient has sufficient remaining registry allotment to purchase it.
Florida does not offer general out-of-state medical marijuana reciprocity. Tourists cannot buy recreational marijuana in St. Petersburg.

How to Choose a St. Petersburg Dispensary
Compare nearby stores first. Fourth Street North offers five locations along one corridor, while Tyrone Boulevard offers two close options. Downtown-area patients can compare MÜV, Sunburn and AYR.
Check live menus and store-specific inventory. Distinguish markdowns from everyday values. Consider verified parking, payment options and delivery details, and read promotional terms before relying on an offer.
